CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis.

Jack is an experienced commercial real estate broker specializing in the leasing and sales of office, retail and industrial properties. Licensed in Delaware in 1988, he began practicing commercial brokerage full time in 2002 when he joined the Wilmington office of The Flynn Company, one of the Philadelphia area's largest full service commercial real estate brokerages. In 2008 he merged his company, Commercial Realty Group, with Milestone Commercial Realty, in an effort to create a regional, full service commercial real estate brokerage and management company. He opened and manages Milestone's Wilmington office and continues to grow the Delaware portfolio of business from that office. |
