began in real estate in 1971 after graduating from San Diego State University. Since then, Gordon has held executive positions with national real estate companies and has been engaged in the acquisition, development and sale of institutional grade properties throughout the United States. In 2005, Gordon co-founded Milestone Commercial Realty and started selling commercial real estate in Maryland.

Beginning his real estate profession in 2002, Rick has a diverse background in business management, sales, commercial insurance, commercial finance, and taxes.

Jack is an experienced commercial real estate broker specializing in the leasing and sales of office, retail and industrial properties. Licensed in Delaware in 1988, he began practicing commercial brokerage full time in 2002 when he joined the Wilmington office of The Flynn Company, one of the Philadelphia area's largest full service commercial real estate brokerages. In 2008 he merged his company, Commercial Realty Group, with Milestone Commercial Realty, in an effort to create a regional, full service commercial real estate brokerage and management company. He opened and manages Milestone's Wilmington office and continues to grow the Delaware portfolio of business from that office.
